- Account information — your name, firm name, email and phone number.
- Client data you enter — the client records, obligations, documents and notes you store in the platform.
- Usage information — basic technical data such as log-in times and browser type, used to keep the service secure and reliable.
3. How we use information
We use your information to provide and operate the service, to support you, to keep the platform secure, and to communicate with you about your account. We do not sell your data or your clients’ data.
4. Data you hold on behalf of clients
As an accountant, you control the client information you enter. We process it on your behalf to provide the service. You remain responsible for having a lawful basis to store your clients’ information.
5. How we protect data
Data is encrypted in transit and at rest, access is controlled by role-based permissions, and backups run automatically. We follow standard security practices to protect the information in our care.
6. Data retention & export
We retain your data while your account is active. You can export your records at any time, and we will delete your data on request after your account is closed, subject to any legal obligations.
7. Sharing
We share data only with service providers who help us operate the platform (such as hosting), under appropriate confidentiality and security terms, and where required by law.
8. Your rights

We may update this policy from time to time. Material changes will be communicated through the platform or by email.
